Expedient Hunger

Fresh sparkling tendrils spill along glistening sun-drenched skin
Cork pops bubbles fizz freezing liquid bursts and flows laughter
Parched tongue circles around tiny crevices of dew covered valleys
Eyes meet with urgency as expectancy rains expedient hunger
Lips meet lips soft and wanting with gentle pervasive appeal
Tender tips of fingers touch to regard the lover’s gesture
Flesh-to-flesh delight divine ignites the flame of ecstasy

About Kay Salady

I write about the greatest force on earth that, I believe, lives on forever and surpasses all else. "All your poems read like I am watching an artist use words instead of colours full of feeling." ~Anon.
