Shalom, May Choirs of Angels Sing

May choirs of angels gently sing

You to sleep and sweetly bring

The close of pain and earthly strife

As you awaken to reap new life

You’ve been brushed by angel wings

Inside your heart, your spirit sings

As up, up, up you fly; you soar

Beyond the clouds to Heaven’s door

The light emits a glorious beam

To lead the way beyond the dream

Into a place where music plays

Hands reach out to lead the way

Down the streets inlaid with gold

Gem encrusted gates unfold

A path that’s strewn with lily white

Rainbow colors fill your sight

As you reach the Crystal Sea

Spread before His Majesty

Robe of purple now unfurled

At His feet, your body hurled

Face bowed low before the throne

Of the One who called you home

To praise His name forevermore

Beyond the veil on distant shore
