Each Tiny Hand

Across the land

And seven seas

Each tiny hand

Pleads urgently

Deep within wombs

Upon Mother Earth

Longing for passage

And freedom of birth

With provision for mind

And food for the soul

Hoping each day

To be beautiful

Filled with compassion

Nurturing Mothers

The love of a Father

Sisters and Brothers

The right to be free

To sing their own song

Wherever they wander

Is where they belong

For each tiny hand

Is your child and mine

Heir of a kingdom

That is so divine

Its ruler is Love

Why eyes do not see

That each little child

Becomes you and me
