Wretched One

O’ wretched one why curse me
With pestilence to fester my pain
Spewing forth incantations
Summoning torrential rain
Of flies to eat at my flesh
And worms that slither inside
Moth eaten robes of darkness
That you have pulled aside
Devouring the bloody remains
That cling to withered bone
As I cower in dark shadows
And scream for you alone
