I Let Him Win

I Let Him Win

It’s undeniable

I’m drowning in his kiss

And now I’m vulnerable

For having fallen in

To deep desire

He has burned me

With his fire

My flesh was weakened

By the breath that drew me in

I must admit that I

Am guilty once again

Of giving in

He took me

Yet again

I let him win

I let him win

I was driven by

The pleasures of the night

And now I wish that I

Had somehow tried to fight

That awful thirst

But his magic

Has me cursed
