Screaming Blood

Begotten by such anguish

And forced against her will

To lie against a brother

Who tore at her until

His broken mind was vanquished

By a demon near the bed

He won the war against her

By remaining in her head

With repetitious warnings

That she dare not disobey

Or everything she covets

Would somehow go away

Oh mutilated woman

And impure little girl

Without a voice to cry

And no one in the world

To lead you to salvation

From all the filthy men

Who prey upon your innocence

Just because they can

Her broken heart still wanders

To a place covered in stains

Surrounded by her silence

The screaming blood remains
