Night Wish

Night Wish

Comes the night

Hovering with his winged shadow

To envelop me in stifling dreams

He sends the moon

To enchant with somber glow

Lulling your return

Within my own imaginings

Frustration burns

As I wipe away the clouds

That come to shroud my eyes

In fantasy

Again, I’ve fallen

Into that old familiar sea

Where you are there with me

And all that we could be

Transpires
