Cotton Candy Sky

Cotton Candy Sky

The autumn sky’s a batch of cotton candy

Rolling high above the amber plain

As a mill upon the road before me

Churns away the Chino Valley wind

Never had I thought this early evening

That a dream was something I would touch

Made of sweetness melting with the sunset

Spun from endless particles of fluff
