Lace Falls Softly

Lace Falls Softly

With frantic fingers

I sculpt your essence

Repeatedly in my mind

Propelling wild imaginings

As I rail against the darkness

Of my hunger

I in my intensity, vow to find

A glimpse of shy-away soul

From long ago remembrance

That I hold within my hand

With rapturous breath and

Trembling heart

O’ to share this hollow void

That mocks my desperation

For scent of leather and of musk

Rough hands upon my body

As lace falls softly
