Unidentifiable

Unidentifiable

Such bitter pills I swallow
So jagged, going down
The end is looking fatal
As I gulp and nearly drown
Choking on atrociousness
That gets the best of me
The bottom of the bottle
Is so very hard to see
I wander aimlessly at night
Afraid to miss a dose
Pinch myself, look in the mirror
At someone so morose
Blankly staring back at me
Reaching out for logic
As to why the remedy
Feels so fucking toxic
