Thrice Bitten
Innocence heard sin
Softly whisper in her ear
“Surely you won’t die”
As red’s forbidden color
Infused us with agony

a display or outburst of intense mental or emotional excitement [agony]
an overpowering emotion or exaltation; a state of sudden, intense feeling [ecstasy]
Words are so very powerful. It’s amazing in how many ways we can interpret them.
Count me in!

hi,
Haiku has three lines,
for a formal one,
5
7
5,
each line contains 5, 7, then 5 syllabus,
for example, “Haiku” this word has two syllabus, Hai-ku, you read it, shall know it,
write a Haiku piece,
the above line has 5 syllabus, 1-1-2-1, count it, it could be the first line of a Haiku.
your submissions are not Haiku,
appreciated your support.
write some authentic Haiku and share then.
best.
